Which one works for you?
Gaining qualified teacher status (QTS) outside the UK has three pathways.
- You can be qualified directly from Department for Education (DfE) if you have a degree from an eligible country.
- You can take 9 months of Pedagogy course through iQTS route. There are several requirements.
- If you are a seasoned teacher, there is much shorter way (typically 12 weeks) through Assessment Only route.
